This policy covers the perigeecloud.com website, operated by Cincinnati Time Recorder, Inc. ("CTR/NY", "we"). It describes what information this website collects and how we use it. Customer deployments of the Perigee Cloud platform are governed by each customer's service agreement, not this page. The Perigee Cloud Connector — our remote MCP service for AI assistants — has its own connector privacy policy.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you submit a form on this site (including the forms shown inside partner applications), we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and message. They are emailed to our sales team and used only to respond to your request.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) records standard technical logs such as IP address, request URL, and browser type for security and reliability.

What we don't do

• We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not ask for — and you should not submit — passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive data through this site.

Fonts and third-party services

This site loads the Inter and IBM Plex Mono typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. Form submissions are delivered via Microsoft 365. Both are subject to their providers' privacy policies.

Retention

Contact submissions live in our sales mailbox and are retained as ordinary business correspondence. If you'd like your inquiry deleted, tell us and we'll remove it.
